🛡️ Meet Our New Independent Oversight Committee
As Mountview continues to grow, we’ve introduced an Independent Oversight Committee — a group of external voices making sure our club stays fair, transparent, and child-centred. They’re not involved in the day-to-day, but they play a big part in holding us to high standards. Their decisions are final ✅ — and always made with the best interests of our players at heart.
Meet the team:
• Leigh Fagan – Disciplinary Officer (External)
Regional Business Manager with deep experience in people leadership, ethical governance, and performance coaching. Leigh brings a calm, professional approach rooted in fairness, clear communication, and doing the right thing — always.
• Natalie Treacy – Independent Member
A respected former public representative and long-time community advocate. Natalie brings incredible insight into policy, youth wellbeing, and local engagement. Her voice is grounded in real-world experience, compassion, and fairness.
• Emma Keane – Independent Community Member
Emma has no ties to the club — and that’s exactly why she’s here. As a passionate voice for inclusive youth sport, Emma brings an open-minded, neutral perspective that puts children and families first.
