Our History

Founded in 1980, Mountview Boys and Girls Football Club has been at the heart of the community for over four decades. What began as a small local team has grown into a proud and thriving club, currently home to 18 teams ranging from Under-7s to Under-17s.

Throughout the years, Mountview has welcomed thousands of young players through its ranks—many of whom have gone on to coach the next generation or now watch their own children proudly wear the club’s colors. This strong tradition of giving back has created a unique, family-like atmosphere that continues to define who we are.

Mountview is more than just a football club. It’s a place where lifelong friendships are made, values are learned, and the community comes together. From our first kick-off in 1980 to today, we remain deeply rooted in the lives of local families—and we always will.
